The challenge:
A facade study aimed at guiding design decisions on balcony style, as well as the structure and materiality of the facade, to reflect a fresh, modern living aesthetic. This study will also include a high-quality visualization suited for larger-scale out-of-home (OOH) marketing campaigns.
